How to use a paper Aistra gift voucher in the Aistra online store?
Paper Aistra coupons are not automatically linked to the e-shop, so the paper coupon must be transferred to the e-space. All you need to do is send a photo of your coupon by e-mail to info@aistra.lt. The coupon you send is checked in our internal system (whether the coupon exists, has not been used, or has not expired) and then the coupon is transferred to the Aistra e-shop. An electronic coupon of the same validity and amount is generated for you, the code of which must be entered in the Shopping Cart.

How to use third-party gift vouchers in the Aistra online store?
If you received an Aistra coupon issued by Gera Dovana, Laisvalaikio Dovana or Dovanų Sala as a gift, you can use it not only in the physical Aistra store, but also in the online store. All you need to do is send a photo of your coupon by e-mail to info@aistra.lt. The data you send is checked for validity in the partner's system and then your coupon is transferred to the online Aistra store. An electronic coupon of the same validity and the same amount is generated for you, the code of which must be entered in the Shopping Cart.
Can I pay with an expired Aistra gift voucher?
Yes, you can use an expired Aistra coupon (excluding third-party Aistra coupons) in both physical Aistra stores and the Aistra e-store. The coupon must have expired no more than 3 months ago. When using an expired coupon, the coupon value is reduced accordingly:

Expired paper coupons are transferred to the e-shop in the same way as regular coupons (see above). If you want to use an expired e-coupon, please send a photo of the coupon by e-mail to info@aistra.lt.
For expired third-party Aistra coupons, please contact the third-party representatives directly (Gera Dovana, Dovanų Sala, Beta Dovana, Laisvalaikio Dovanas).
ATTENTION: once any type of coupon has been transferred to the Aistra e-store, it will no longer be valid for payment in physical Aistra stores.
