EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS
Our activities are guided by the idea: "Would you like to purchase an erotic item that someone else had and returned?"
We do not, therefore, out of respect for our customers, we do not exchange quality goods at Aistra . The buyer's request to exchange the goods or return the money due to an unpleasant color, shape, size, etc. is not satisfied when purchasing the following goods: perfumery, cosmetics and toiletries, underwear, tights, socks, bras, corsets, toys, games (according to paragraph 17 of the "Retail Trade Rules" of the Republic of Lithuania).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF FAILURE TO BUY GOODS
In accordance with EU directives, factory-defective goods are covered by a free warranty. Defective goods, if confirmed to have factory defects, are replaced with similar new alternative goods of the buyer's choice or the money paid is returned to the buyer. In all cases, the buyer must provide a document of purchase of the goods (cash receipt or invoice).
The warranty for manufacturing defects does not apply to mechanically damaged or improperly used goods. Natural wear and tear of the goods (reduced battery capacity, faded color, change in texture, etc.) cannot be considered a defect of the goods.
The seller is not responsible for the quality of the product that is used improperly or is not maintained properly, or for any accidents that occur as a result.
When replacing a product or its components during the warranty period, a new warranty period is not calculated for the replaced product or component, i.e., the warranty of the original item is extended.
