How does the tour proceed?
At the pre-arranged time, you arrive at the Aistra store with your company. The sales assistant will tell you about and show you the entire store assortment: you will be able to see and touch everything. The sales assistant will also answer any questions you may have.

Tour duration: at least 30 min. (but can last up to 2 hours, depending on the group).
How much does the tour cost?
Tours at Aistra stores are subject to a fee. The basic tour fee is 20€, and the final price depends on the number of participants:
1-2 people - 60€ (+20€ basic fee)
3-5 people - 100€ (+20€ basic fee)
6-10 people - 20€ per person (+20€ basic fee)
The tour is paid for by purchasing an Aistra gift voucher equal to the tour value (minus the 20€ basic fee), so almost the full amount paid for the tour can be spent in the store.
During the tour, the store does not close, and the sales assistant has the right to serve other customers.
The store is a public place, so we serve only sober customers (please plan alcohol consumption after visiting the store). The sales assistant has the right to refuse to conduct a tour for clearly intoxicated and/or inadequately behaving individuals.
Due to limited store space, tours are conducted for groups of up to 10 people.
