How to use the EVE menstrual cup?
Before first use, it is recommended to disinfect the EVE menstrual cup with a special sex toy cleaner or boil it in water for a few minutes.
Inserting the cup:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Sit, squat, kneel, or stand (whatever is most comfortable for you).
3. Lubricate the cup with a water-based lubricant or a splash of water.
4. Squeeze the cup with your fingers and fold it in half and then in half again, as shown in the leaflet.
5. Insert the folded cup into the vagina - the cup will return to its original shape.
Removing the cup:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Squat or sit on the toilet, squeeze your vaginal muscles as if you are straining to bring the cup closer to the entrance to your vagina.
