How to use the EVE menstrual cup?
Before the first use, it is recommended to disinfect the EVE menstrual cup with a special sex toy cleaner or boil it in water for a few minutes.
Inserting the cup:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Sit, squat, kneel or stand (as is most comfortable for you).
3. Lubricate the cup with a water-based lubricant or a splash of water.
4. Pinch the cup together with your fingers and fold it in half and then in half again as shown on the leaflet.
5. Insert the folded cup into the vagina - the cup itself will take its original shape.
Removing the cup:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Squat or sit on the toilet, squeeze the muscles of the vagina as if tightening to bring the cup closer to the entrance of the vagina.
3. Check with your finger whether the edges of the cup easily separate from the walls of the vagina and, pulling the handle, remove the cup.
4. Pour the contents of the cup into the toilet, wash the cup with warm water and neutral soap.
5. Store the cup in the special bag that comes with the purchase of the cup.
