How to use the EVE menstrual cup?
Before the first use, it is recommended to disinfect the EVE menstrual cup with a special sex toy cleaner or boil it in water for a few minutes.
Inserting the cup:
1. Wash your hands.
2. Sit, squat, kneel or stand (as is most comfortable for you).
3. Lubricate the cup with a water-based lubricant or a splash of water.
4. Pinch the cup together with your fingers and fold it in half and then in half again as shown on the leaflet.

Removing the cup:
