How to use: Always use the Intimrelax kit with a generous amount of water-based lubricant. Vaseline and silicone, oil-based lubricants are strictly not recommended. Before use, wash the dilator with warm water and neutral soap or clean it with a special sex toy cleaner. First of all, apply a grape-sized amount of lubricant to the labia, the entrance to the vagina and massage for 2-3 minutes. Then take the smallest dilator, moisten it with the same amount of lubricant and carefully insert it into the vagina. If you feel dryness, use more lube. Slowly push the dilator up and down for about 10-15 minutes. Do this procedure 1 time a day. After you are no longer uncomfortable with the smallest dilator, continue with the medium (M) dilator and finally the L size dilator. After each use, wash the dilator with warm water and neutral soap or clean it with a special sex toy cleaner.
Important ! It is important to note that vaginal muscle contractions are undesirable during exercise – if you feel vaginal spasms, stop exercising immediately.
