Use: Wash your hands. Before use, wash the capsule and balls with warm soapy water or clean them with a special sex toy cleaner.
Moisten the capsule with a small amount of water-based lubricant. Begin training by inserting only an empty capsule without balls into the vagina. Insert the capsule carefully, like a tampon. The capsule will stay inside and the muscles will contract involuntarily. You can also contract the muscles yourself - this way they will have more stress. The empty capsule must remain inside the vagina for 15-20 minutes, and you must move actively during that time - do not sit or lie down in any way. You need to repeat this exercise every day until you feel that the capsule stays inside by itself, without your efforts. Then start putting the balls in the capsule - start with the smallest one, 26.2g, and repeat the training process again - try to keep the capsule with the ball in the vagina for 15-20 minutes a day. After that, put increasingly larger balls (34.4g and 51.5g) into the capsule, finally, when this training phase is completed and you can easily hold the capsule inside, put two balls into it - the smallest, 26.2g, and the largest, 51.5g . This is the maximum weight of the Pelvix trainer (capsule and two balls - 94.7g). Continue training again until your pelvic muscles are finally strengthened.
The period of restoration of muscle strength and elasticity is individual for each woman, on average it lasts from 1 to 4 months. Exceeding the duration of training (15-20 minutes a day) is prohibited, as this may affect muscle fatigue.
