How to use a female condom?

Women, it's time to take care of your own safety! Modern female condoms are not only safe, but also convenient to use and practically imperceptible. The most important thing is to insert them correctly.

Carefully open the condom package: tear from the top right corner down. Do not use scissors or a knife.	The outer ring remains outside the vagina, while the inner ring is designed to introduce the condom into the vagina and keep it there during intercourse.
Holding the condom by the closed end, squeeze the flexible inner ring with your index finger and thumb to make it elongated.
Choose a comfortable position for the introduction - squat down, raise one leg, lie down or sit down.
Gently insert the inner ring into the vagina. Feel how it settles between the walls of the vagina.	Insert your finger inside the condom and push the condom as deep as possible. Do not twist the condom. The outer ring must remain outside the vagina.
Your condom has been successfully inserted. You can have sex.	Help your partner insert the penis properly. Hold the condom with one hand and insert the penis with the other.
To remove the condom, twist the outer ring and gently pull the condom out.	Wrap the condom in its packaging or toilet paper and throw it in the trash. Do not flush.
